প্রার্থীকে কম্পিউটার হার্ডওয়্যার সম্পর্কে বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। বিশেষ করে—
- মাদারবোর্ড, RAM, প্রসেসর, হার্ডডিস্ক প্রভৃতি কম্পোনেন্ট সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
- হার্ডওয়্যারের সমস্যা শনাক্ত (Troubleshooting) করার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
- Windows সহ অন্যান্য অপারেটিং সিস্টেম ইন্সটল করার পূর্ণ ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
- বিভিন্ন ধরনের সফটওয়্যার ইন্সটলেশন ও কনফিগারেশন সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান থাকা আবশ্যক।
- কম্পিউটারের যেকোনো হার্ডওয়্যার বা সফটওয়্যার সমস্যা দ্রুত নির্ণয় এবং সমাধান করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
- যদি প্রার্থীর সার্ভার হার্ডওয়্যার নিয়ে কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকে, তাহলে তাঁকে বিশেষ অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
- কমপক্ষে ২ বছরের বাস্তব কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
- অভিজ্ঞ প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রাধিকার বেশি দেওয়া হবে।
