Experience Requirements

• 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or internal controls (adjust to role level)

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret applicable laws and regulations (e.g., anti-bribery & corruption, privacy protection, employment compliance, trade compliance, financial compliance, trade secret protection).

• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, procedures, and controls.

• Review contracts and agreements for compliance clauses and regulatory implications.

• Conduct compliance risk analysis for sales projects and identify risk signals for sales decision team’s review.

• Conduct risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.

• Design and deliver compliance training programs for staff at all levels. Promote a culture of ethics and integrity through ongoing communication and awareness campaigns.

• Monitor for policy violations, investigations, and incident trends. Prepare clear, concise reports for senior leadership and the board as needed.

• Internal compliance management daily operation support, such as compliance management goals setup, measure follow-up and closure.
