Job Context:
∎ Report to: Compliance Manager
∎ Position Summary:
∎ TMSS Apparels Limited is a leading Ready Made Garments Manufacturing Company that intends to recruit "Compliance Officer".
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the Bangladesh Labor Law & Rules-15 as well Buyer COC.
∎ Assist to develop the Policy of TMSS Apparels Ltd.
∎ Implement the policy in factory premises.
∎ Train to workers and supervisor about policy.
∎ Visit the whole premises at least once in a day.
∎ Fine out inconsistency if any, during site tour and take instant solution in case of emergency.
∎ Prepare risk assessment towards workers workstation and aware them.
∎ Ensure hygienic work condition for the all employees.
∎ Conduct the certificate/membership audit.
∎ Face several sorts of Buyer's direst party and thirds party audit.
∎ Always communicate with buyer.
∎ Update to buyer by giving several sort of information.
∎ Look after workers compensation & benefits whether they are getting without inconsistency.
∎ Prepare the Buyer/Certificate/Membership Audit CAP therefore update to buyer and complete the pending job within time line.
∎ Follow up the legal license/documents validity and update to head office for renew/amendment if required to responsible person.
∎ Check all sort of register whether these is okay, e.g. Grievance register, Leave register, Maternity Register, Injury/Accident register, PA register and so on.
∎ Aware to maintenance people and staffs to reduce water consumption and Energy consumption to save the water/energy.
∎ Implement environment management systems.
∎ Regular conduct PC & safety committee meeting and send to labor poridorshon Odhidoptor the meeting Records.
∎ Liaison with labor office/BGMEA/ Fire service in case of necessary.
∎ Always update to top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to Work Under Pressure
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Compliance Management, Environmental Compliance, Social Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): RMG
∎ Prerequisite:
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situation.
∎ Ability to work on your own part or as part of a team.
∎ Have a good eye for details.
∎ Good judgment & decision making skills.
∎ Strong client facing & teamwork skills.
∎ Must have good knowledge of computer.
