Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate form any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To organize and prepare factories for facing different audits
∎ To maintain all of the issues Of 'ACCORD' Certification & Other Buyer COC
∎ To deal with all buyers representatives & auditors and meet their relevant requirement to ensure zero NCR
∎ Responsible to make and implement compliance policies as per local law & different brand code of conduct.
∎ Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer's requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
∎ To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
∎ Communicate with buying house, third party audit firm, fire & civil defense department, Environment department government office, and police station & labor department.
∎ To follow-up & to ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
∎ Educate and train factory employees on compliance standards and requirements
∎ To lead a team and make them same skilled, to identify and solve any sort of problem.
∎ Ensure maintenance of all relevant documents and update them continuously.
∎ Prepare appropriate training material and impart training for induction as well as periodical training on safety including fire drills and all ethical and social issues and maintain records thereof.
∎ Organize all relevant meeting like PC, EHS etc., on a regular basis - monthly or as required. Independently handle all product safety related issues.
∎ Educate and train factories on compliance standards and requirements
∎ Any other assignment when required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills in English and Bengali both .
∎ Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, ILO and RMG guidelines.
∎ Should have Knowledge of payroll software.
∎ Must be flexible, adaptable and be able to work under pressure.
∎ Must be a team player and have ability to lead a team, making them skilled and training them in to identify and solve problems.
Salary: Negotiable
