∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Law
∎ Compliance Certificate or qualification would be advantage/ preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Credit Management, Fund Raising

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in carrying out compliance function of the fund administration business.
∎ Supporting the management of the regulatory relationships, implementing and administering anti-money laundering, and countering financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) policies and procedures.
∎ Provide advisory and assessment on Client Due Diligence requirements and risks related to client on-boarding.
∎ Facilitate internal and external audits and maintaining, updating, and communicating our fundraising and Marketing policies and procedures which relate to compliance.
∎ Report to senior management, verbally and in writing, on key regulatory and best practice risks and controls across fundraising and communications.
∎ Ensure all stakeholders are appropriately identified and timely and relevant communications occur.
