Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the retailer with all responsible sourcing services, including receiving and processing factory disclosures, sending audit due notifications, receiving, and assessing social compliance and supply chain security audits, sending supplier assessment notifications, and escalating higher-risk issues consistent with established Provider Group policies, standards and processes, including but not exclusive to.
∎ Communicate with Retailer regarding factory audit status, CAP and remediation.
∎ Support factory to provide audit CAP to Retailer if required
∎ Communicate with under-performing factories to improve their factories standard.
∎ Support with corrective action plan with the factories.
∎ Review CAP documents sent by factories and support factories with their CAP plans if required support factories to implement compliance monitoring program, identify regulatory change that impact the program and ensure that the identified risks are factored.
∎ Assist to prepare the compliance manual, policies, and procedures to update in country head & executive director.
∎ Maintain an up-to-date regulatory knowledge base as rules and regulation change in course of time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least five years work experience in the same or similar role
∎ Excellent knowledge & experience in apparel manufacturing and retail
∎ Must have a thorough knowledge and understanding about Auditing. Familiar with all activities like Nirapon inspection, follow up, CAP preparation
∎ Ability to build clear, confident, positive communication with company colleagues and suppliers with the ability to form relationships, influence, and work collaboratively across the business
∎ Good interpersonal, influencing, listening, organizational, presentation and decision-making skills
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, quickly and efficiently
∎ Excellent communication skills & fluent in English – written & verbal.
