∎ Age 26 to 36 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to run & implement SPP -APP as per the strategy.
∎ Involve beneficiaries using the APP, and teach them to take benefit of the APP.
∎ Help Team Making Video for APP
∎ Editing content video for app
∎ Success story preparing for App
∎ Actively solicit and collect referrals & networking/liaison with referral organizations to add more mothers.
∎ Post-discharge visit plan & visits (first visit within one week) including following up on children's education Need based /emergency follow up and visits to beneficiaries.
∎ Run the APP training for community mothers with the help of released mothers.
∎ Input information on each family into the shared notes and database. Participate in monthly, quarterly & other meetings, and training sessions (need-based).
∎ Keep beneficiary's status/register/file/documents updated in BIMS Software.
∎ Any other need-based assign work by the line manager or Management from time to time.
