Responsibilities & Context:
We're seeking a dedicated Community Engagement Specialist to join our remote team full-time. You'll be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential users within relevant Facebook communities, introducing them to our platform, and guiding them through the onboarding process. Your role will involve strategic outreach, relationship building, and conversion optimization across multiple community groups. You'll maintain detailed records of interactions, track engagement metrics, and report on campaign performance weekly. Ideal candidates have excellent written communication skills, experience with social media communities, and a proven ability to build genuine connections with diverse audiences. This is a key role in our user acquisition strategy
