Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formation of beneficiary Group with eligible community HHs under the project
∎ Maintain, update, and preserve responsible group and members’ register
∎ Arrange and conduct regular Group meeting session
∎ Prepare Group session plan on different issues based on project requirements
∎ Assist UzO and PO in formation and conducting meeting of union level Women Platform
∎ Assist project Management in selecting HHs for Rain harvest water point, vaccine registration camp, and like other project interventions
∎ Facilitate sessions on different issues for group members(beneficiaries’)
∎ Maintain COVID-19 Protocol in each activity implementation
∎ Assist UzO and PO in support distribution tasks under the project
∎ Follow-up different activities undertaken by the beneficiaries with project support
∎ Assist UzO, PO, PC during field visit by them or by any other visitor
∎ Perform any other activities relating to project
∎ Participate in capacity building events (training, workshop, learning-sharing, exchange visit) inside or outside the project
∎ Assist (by organizing and logistic support arrangement) UzO, PO, PC in Facilitating beneficiary training/meeting/workshop
∎ Participate in the monthly staff coordination meeting
∎ Regular communication with PC, PO and organization management through proper channel
∎ Keep Communication with community based different stakeholders like- social leaders, woman leader, local elites, teacher, religious leaders, UP member, health worker, CC committee, CBO, FWC, Health committee etc.
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly/six-monthly/annual report of responsible Group/communities and timely submit to the authority
∎ Carryout any other responsibilities given by the project donor or organizational management related to the job
∎ HEKS or DASCOH management may revise the job description as and when feel necessary to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in similar position of any livelihood/food security, community development or other relevant development project/programme.
∎ Must have experience in group formation, group meeting facilitation and community mobilization.
∎ Working experience with ethnic, Dalit, person with disability and or other marginalized communities will be considered as an advantage in favor of the candidature.
∎ Minimum report writing skill is required
∎ Must have attractive presentation and facilitation skills in group meeting.
∎ Having experience, habituated and willingness of bicycling is required
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25730 (Monthly)
∎ Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Travel Allowance, Health Insurance and Leave Benefits will be entitled as per organizational policy.
