∎ At least a BBA in Marketing & Sales with a good GPA from only from IBA (DU), IBA (JU), BRAC, BUP, or NSU in that order. Those with skills and experience in digital marketing and content generation are preferred.

∎ Assist in implementing comprehensive communication strategies to promote the firm's mission, programs, and impact.
∎ Lead the execution in generating digital content for various platforms including press releases, articles, blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and reports.
∎ Manage the organization's social media presence and engage with followers to increase brand awareness and engagement.
∎ Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage and publicity.
∎ Produce multimedia content such as videos, info graphics, and visuals to effectively communicate key messages and stories.
∎ Coordinate public events, campaigns, and advocacy efforts to raise awareness and mobilize support for the organization's initiatives.
∎ Monitor and evaluate communication activities, collect feedback, and measure the impact on organizational objectives.
∎ Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all communication materials and activities.
∎ Ability to engage with the community, including beneficiaries, volunteers, and local stakeholders, to foster relationships, gather feedback, and promote participation in programs and initiatives.
∎ Proficiency in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Expectation, Tasks, and Responsibilities: As an integral part of the job description, the candidate is expected to: 1) strictly adhere to the Firm’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) whilst performing and executing tasks and executing responsibilities; 2) take meeting notes for analysis & summary ideation in PPT format, and execute deliverables by conducting market research; 3) maintain and enhance social media channels of the ongoing projects; 4) execute the generation of content for outbound communications; 5) execute field visits and in-person surveys for projects; and 6) ensure and optimize ROI on all marketing investments.
