∎ mPower Social Enterprises is seeking a dynamic Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful campaigns, fostering strong client relationships and achieving business objectives. The role involves crafting targeted campaigns with a focus on performance analysis, overseeing high-quality content production, and managing PR activities for enhanced company visibility.
∎ Duty Station: Head Office in Banani, Dhaka with occasional field visits outside Dhaka as per project need.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive communications campaigns and strategies, ensuring their effectiveness through regular monitoring and assessment.
∎ Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, guiding the creation and direction of strategic communications to achieve business objectives.
∎ Craft targeted campaigns with a focus on discipline and performance analysis to guide future initiatives.
∎ Plan, oversee, and produce a range of communication materials, ensuring high-quality content and presentation.
∎ Regularly write news articles, case studies, and innovation stories, targeting prominent newspapers, blogs, and social media platforms.
∎ Manage PR activities to secure the publication of written pieces, enhancing company visibility and reputation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in communications or public relations roles, with a focus on writing and content creation.
∎ Prior experience in journalism or working with English-language media outlets is a significant plus.
∎ Demonstrated success in implementing communications strategies and campaigns
∎ Exceptional English writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and effective communications.
∎ Strong project management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and partnership-building skills.
∎ Proficiency in digital communication platforms and tools.
∎ Experience in journalism, particularly in English-language dailies, is highly desirable.
