Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop strategy for social media including Facebook, Instagram, Reels, and exploring expanded presence on Tik Tok, Pinterest, Linked In...,
∎ Modify websites analyze and monitor effectiveness.
∎ Create newsletters, catalogues, campaigns, and events to bring in sales.
∎ Research and set up a sales CRM system.
∎ Develop marketing campaigns and product promotion.
∎ Equip team members to perform all activities independently.
∎ Schedule events, speaking engagements and communicate with international buyer each year.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Training in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Business.
∎ The ability to think creatively, take initiative and work independently
∎ Strong IT skills with experience in CRM.
∎ Well organized, resourceful and strong administrative skills.
∎ The ability to work well as part of a team, encourage others and train others effectively.
∎ Understanding of global markets and international trends
∎ A strong commitment to developing opportunities for women with challenges to enter the work force
∎ Exceptional English speaking and writing skills.
∎ Ability to set up and train team using a CRM.
∎ Advanced skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and building websites through Word Press or comparable platform
∎ Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate, problem solve, promote and uphold initiatives and values, including discretion and confidentiality.
∎ Well-developed organizational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to priorities and control own workload.
∎ Detail oriented, confident in problem solving and a good team player.
∎ Able to work independently, prioritizing duties and maintaining organized systems.
