Educational Requirements:
∎ Advanced degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited University.
∎ Chartered Accountancy certification strongly desired.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ MENTORING ADMIN AND ACCOUNTS TEAM
∎ Oversee systems and development of standards by team members for all aspects of work from voucher entry to banking procedures to sales records
∎ Assist in recruiting and training staff as needed.
∎ Develop teams skills in areas such as understanding accounting, making decisions, creating relevant reports, assessing data, using excel and more
∎ Work with multiple departments, such as accounting, human resources, tax, and legal departments.
∎ ADVISE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
∎ Work with team to create budgets, management reports, sales reports and others required for planning.
∎ Develops and analyses metrics that showcase the company's performance
∎ Meet regularly with Managing Director, providing advice and discussing options for Basha's financial success.

∎ SUPPORT SALES AND PRODUCTION TEAM
∎ Update and streamline systems and procedures for recording and producing orders.
∎ Train staff to maintain and update spreadsheets.

∎ ENSURE COMPLIANCE
∎ Support staff to meet all legal requirements including annual audits, savings and provident schemes, pay structures, and others as needed.
∎ Support and develop financial management and finance policies and procedures and any associated documents.
∎ Provide support to Basha's non profit/NGO partners for grant applications and compliance in reporting.
∎ Oversee account management of Basha's non profit/NGO partners.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 04 years' experience in a senior financial management role.
∎ Strong English speaking and writing skills.
∎ Advanced skills in Excel and Tally accounting software.
∎ Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate, problem solve, promote and uphold initiatives and values, including discretion and confidentiality.
∎ Demonstrated experiences in payroll processing and management.
∎ Well-developed organizational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to priorities and control own workload.
∎ Demonstrated experience in the preparation of working papers and approved budgets, ensuring grants and contracts are monitored and that reports are prepared to maintain balanced accounts.
∎ Detail oriented, confident in problem solving and a good team player.
∎ Able to work independently, prioritizing duties and maintaining organized systems.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable (Depend on experience).
