Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Accounts Management (60%)
∎ Assist in the marketing and promotional strategy of the organization
∎ Assist in vendor management and timely delivery of the print and digital media
∎ Monthly organization visit on the projects and contracts with the existing clients
∎ Manage and optimize satisfaction on the services of the existing clients under the corporate portfolio
∎ Ensure all the deliverables to the clients
∎ Manage client complaints and take remedial actions to enhance client satisfaction
∎ Attend the team and management meetings to supervise, assist and orient on various issues
∎ Communications (40%)
∎ Content management across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
∎ Communicate with clients’ providing accurate information regarding company and service features and procedures and referral.
∎ Respond to clients requests promptly and courteously and resolves minor inquiries, complaints to the satisfaction of the client
∎ Send promotional materials and other updates on any new developments to the clients
∎ Organize meetings and events
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 50 years
Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
