Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business Development (60%)
∎ The position requires management of existing clients by ensuring smooth delivery of services and establishing communication from time to time to sustain the operations
∎ Creating new leads for business development
∎ Assist in proposal development
∎ Review new contracts
∎ Assist in financial plan for the proposals
∎ Attend and pitch for new projects
∎ Develop new services
∎ Follow-up on the pipeline of prospective clients and assist in serving the proposals/pitches
∎ Develop the proposal and financial plan for new projects
∎ Administrative & Marketing Management (20%)
∎ Supervise and assist the admin team to carry out the day to day activities
∎ Monitor the discipline and work responsibilities of each employee
∎ Monitor and assist the procurement
∎ Supervise the key accounts manager in relationship management and distribution of promotional materials among the existing clients and target groups
∎ Assist in vendor management for promotional materials
∎ Prepare and review marketing plan on quarterly basis
∎ Contribute to ideation and value proposition for new business plans
∎ Attend the team and management meetings to supervise, assist and orient on various issues
∎ Relationship Management (10%)
∎ Update and follow-up on new leads
∎ Monthly follow-up on the projects and contracts with the existing clients
∎ Strengthen internal communication to orient the employees on critical terms and conditions of the existing and new contracts
∎ Miscellaneous (10%)
∎ Make presentations for the senior management/board meetings as and when required
∎ Formulate a plan of functional board
∎ Oversee day-to-day concerns of the Business
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 45 years
∎ Minimum of 5 years in organizational management
Salary: Tk. 80000 (Monthly)
