Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline preferably in Social Science from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 – 15 years’ experience in development field, project management and donor supported program implementation etc.
∎ Excellent skills in developing BCC strategy, writing success stories, best practices, case studies, concept note, technical proposal/report for donors.
∎ Design and development and implementation of various communication campaigns and promotional events.
∎ Facilitate the design and development of different communication and promotional materials and messages in support of the campaign to repositioning FP-RH, maternal, child and adolescent nutrition, health and hygiene issues including gender based violence, child marriage etc.
∎ Should be capable to work closely with GOB (DGFP/DGHS/MOHFW), donors, NGOs/INGOs.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bangla .
∎ Excellent computer skills in MS Office application suite and relevant IT packages.

Salary: Negotiable
