∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Estimate the daily production and check the quality of raw and cooked food.
∎ Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production, preservation and presentation.
∎ Assisting Chef de Party to ensure that food quality and recipes have met the quality and standards.
∎ Responsible for maintaining highest standard of hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.
∎ Good Communication & Interpersonal skill.
∎ Can do work under pressure.
