∎ BSc in EEE or CSE/BBA (Major in Finance/Marketing/Economics)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive Demand Management by catering to planned and ad-hoc traffic demands by the engaging with stakeholders to collect relevant inputs
∎ Negotiate with 3rd party vendors as well as Technology teams to come to an agreement in driving cost optimization
∎ Furnishing accurate and timely reports for the Steering Committee to support the execution of necessary & strategic business decisions for Commercial
∎ Assist in preparing a departmental commercial strategy for the short term and long term by Coordinating with relevant commercial teams on strategic inputs
∎ In order to support the preparation of strategic roadmaps and monitoring of Banglalinks performance against strategy, enable business decisions to drive business as per the approved strategy
∎ Prepare business cases and dynamic models on various strategic initiatives
∎ Monitor and evaluate ongoing projects/campaigns to identify the opportunities or gaps to increase efficiency
∎ Ensuring investment-related projects have optimum efficiency & maximum value within the same/lower cost structure
∎ Take the lead with breaking down communication of management directives and disseminate to relevant functions and stakeholders as appropriate for their alignment
Additional Requirements:
∎ BSc in EEE or CSE/BBA (Major in Finance/Marketing/Economics)
∎ 5-7 years of relevant experience
∎ Required Capabilities- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Technical knowledge of Telecommunication platforms and applications (such as BSM)
∎ Good knowledge of Telecom industry and the impact of macro-economic changes
∎ Knowledge of financial modeling, benchmarking, trends, forecasting, and other analytical skills
∎ Knowledge of Business strategy and project/ campaign management
∎ Good communication, analytical, and presentation skills
