∎ Commercial Relationship Officer - Super shop responsibilities include:
∎ We are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Relationship Officer to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. As Commercial Relationship Officer you will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
∎ To be succeed as a Commercial Relationship Officer, you will possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization. You will conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the findings to improve on areas of complaint.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
∎ Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
∎ Superior product knowledge.
∎ Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
∎ Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
∎ Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
∎ Need to handle incoming calls to the prospective customers pertaining to the Client's business.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (Social media), email & web chat and timely response to the customer
∎ Obtain and examine all relevant information in order to assess the validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
∎ Use Call Center systems and CRM to manage prospects.
∎ Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 3 years' experience.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
∎ Superior product knowledge.
∎ A team player with leadership skills.
∎ Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
