Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/Masters major in any subject from any A Graded Universities in Bangladesh.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing import LC & send to bank
∎ Make commercial invoice and packing list.
∎ Make submission final shipping documents to forwarder.
∎ Issuing LC collect from line Bank & send to factory & local supplier.
∎ Follow up LC shipment, import documents collect from Line Bank & send to Chittagong for realizing goods.
∎ Collect Insurance premium bill against import le from insurance office then prepare documents & submit to accounts department.
∎ Preparing UP & submit to customs Bond Authorized person. Issuing UP collect from custom Authorized person & send to related factory & vat unit.
∎ Preparing Bond License renewal related all papers & submit to Customs Bond Authorized person.
∎ Preparing In house & out party's BBLC documents & submit to Line Bank.
∎ Follow UP Import LC, in house LC & out party's LC payments. Preparing PRC for yearly Entitlement From customs Bond Commissionerate office.
∎ In-Bond & Ex-Bond entry of Bonder register & customs register in customs Bond Commissionerate office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Experience with commercial, logistics, and warehousing in RMG industry.
∎ Experience working with international freight forwarders, 3PLs, and other 3rd party vendors.
∎ Experience looking for new 3rd party vendors and negotiating contracts.
∎ Good understanding of English (reading and writing).
∎ Proficient in using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools.
∎ Ability to work with and learn web-based platforms/software.
∎ Experience working in shipping, warehousing, or wholesale.
