- Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Package)
- Must have experience on managing all Export/Import formalities
- Must have knowledge on procurement of master L/C, scrutiny its discrepancies for rectifications.
- Must have knowledge on execute, monitor and managed export activity which includes–monitor of booking, documents preparation, shipment status and co-ordinate with shipping lines, factories, transport and port customs authority and so-on.
- Must have knowledge on monthly Export /Import statement and provide to concern management person
- Must have good knowledge about Bond License, Customs, C&F, Shipping lines, Bank Correspondence & other statutory Authorities. All license renewal in time
- Must have sound knowledge about Cash Incentive. Oversee payment realization and efficient fund disbursement processes
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintaining total follow up from receiving export L/C up to proceeds realizations.
Close liaison with lien bank to monitor and supervised of BTBLC opened, maturity/due date, overdue, export proceeds realization etc.
Corresponding with merchandiser and concerned person for export & documents issues.
Co-ordinate with marketing & merchandising department and accounts & finance department regularly for shipment schedule and fund management activities adequately
