Responsibilities & Context:
Able to handle Customs, C & F, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Banking & Export-Import duty & VAT-TAX issues.
Ensure all logistics activities related to import & export. International Correspondence.
Follow up with shipping line Custom clearance & Freight Forwarding for smooth operation.
Maintain Export-Import L/C and Export-Import, TT Documentation.
Have thorough knowledge in Banking System/FOC/Commercial Item and H.S. Code(s) for imported goods and customs clearance formalities thereof.
Should be well conversant and capable of corresponding/ negotiating with supplier & Agent.
Company legal document update.
Thorough knowledge in analyzing Letter of Credit.
Must able to submit regular commercial report to department head.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
