• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Must have good verbal & written communication skills in English
• Must have good computing skills
• Vast knowledge on import procedure, Vat & Tax, Supply Chain Management.
• Ability to lead a large team, implement smooth commercial policy
• Adequate knowledge to manage Job independently
• Fluent in English Communication

Job Context:

Overseeing the Commercial Department:

• This includes managing the team, setting goals, and ensuring efficient operations. 

Managing Export and Import Documentation:

• This involves handling Letter of Credits (LCs), banking transactions, and shipping coordination, as well as ensuring compliance with EPZ regulations and customs procedures. 

Liaison and Communication:

• Maintaining effective communication with buyers, shipping agents, banks, EPZ officials, and other regulatory bodies. 

Financial Management:

• Monitoring commercial budgets, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely submission of financial reports. 

Compliance:

• Ensuring strict adherence to EPZ regulations, customs laws, and bonded warehouse management. 

Coordination with Internal Departments:

• Collaborating with other departments like production and logistics to streamline processes. 

Team Leadership:

• Providing guidance and mentorship to the commercial team, fostering a productive work environment. 

Strategic Planning:

• Assisting in the development and implementation of commercial strategies. 

Risk Management:

• Identifying and mitigating commercial risks, ensuring smooth operations. 

Reporting:

• Preparing and submitting various reports to regulatory authorities and company management.
