∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Graduation in Business Studies or other relevant Quantitative Subjects.

∎ Age 24 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Shipment update in dashboard, and prepare Job Register (Daily).
∎ Analyze and Prepare Demurrage Report & relevant reports (Weekly/Monthly).
∎ Coordinate Import Clearance Process for ACI Group all Business to ensure Demurrage reduction and product clearance from port at minimum Lead time.
∎ Act as single point custodian of all the Import clearance operations to all stakeholder.
∎ Update and maintain all relevant google sheet for data accuracy and strategic import clearance planning (HS Code, Customs Incidents, Duty Structure, Valuation. Formulas, report, presentation).
∎ Co-ordinate, collect commercial achievement & challenges (prepare monthly presentation).
∎ Analyze import data to calculate the components needed to support internal and external issues resolving.
∎ Customs duty and pay-order payment and report to finance (Occasional).
∎ Analyzing and preparing List of Tentative Import (LC) and Tentative Customs Duty Payment report for all Business (Monthly).
∎ Identification of Critical Issues in Import clearance process and present to management.
