Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Handle customs related all responsibilities, like yearly audit, H. S. Code formalities, factory transfer process, General Bond, receive any kind of certificate, NOC and to release indemnity bond etc.
Perform/handle all the bond-related works proficiently and independently.
Perform all import related jobs under Bond License specially In-Bond, Ex-Bond, Allotment, Yearly customs Bond Audit, etc.
New Bond License issue, Issue & renewal General Bond, Signatory change, Lien Bank inclusion & exclusion etc.
Work independently and have sufficient knowledge regarding Export-Import, Customs procedures, VAT & Tax rules related to Export and Import.
Need verse knowledge for BGMEA related jobs like UD, Amendment etc.
To work independently with DEDO, CCI & E, BOI, B. BANK & other GOVT offices.
Capability to do UP, EX-BOND/IN-BOND in time with the assistance to the factory to maintain BOND REGISTER.
To guide a team in a proficient way to maintain all the export-import statement unit wise for yearly customs audit.
To manage bond customs personnel in any irregularities/difficulties.
Arrange all necessary documents for cash incentive and customs audit purpose.
Responsible for all Customs clearance of imported materials, In-bond/Inter bond and Ex-bond/out-bond operation with BBLC process independently.
Renew the licenses that company has to have according to various Acts and Rules.
Maintain good relation with all government institutions.
Perform any other task given by the Management
