Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect and analyze color standard swatch and testing standard from respective Business Unit's Merchandiser.
∎ Collect order sheets, care label and each style sample from respective Business Unit's Merchandiser via e-mail.
∎ Review with merchandisers in terms of any modification or technical error.
∎ Analyze original, development sample, quality fabric and bulk batch count, construction, structure & visual appearance.
∎ Confirm customer testing standard with Supervisor.
∎ Construct original, development sample, quality Fabric & Bulk Batch test report & mail to concern merchandisers, Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) & Team Head.
∎ Generate report of make color charts and standard swatches using appropriate software.
∎ Segregate color charts and standard swatches in color standard file.
∎ Insert Color standard spectral data through spectrophotometer.
∎ Check 100% roll to roll upon detection of color shade discrepancy in production (particularly for woven garment).
∎ Conduct root analysis against color shade discrepancy and resolve the failed test report.
∎ Take immediate action against failed lab dip.
∎ Handover all customer testing standards to testing department with specification details.
∎ Check lab dips comparing against customer's original swatch under customer required light source.
∎ Check and verify each order sheet, style, fabrication, color and GSM (grams per square metre) are against established standard.
∎ Match the accuracy composition of customer's required composition & care label composition.
∎ Hand over bulk lot fabric to testing department for testing all parameters.
∎ Coordinate with testing department to ensure tests are done as per customer's requirements.
∎ Check for the utmost quality achievement of final assembled samples before sending them to customers.
∎ Provide approval for bulk batch or lot based on lab dip or sample batch and produce color continuity from batch to batch.
∎ Provide better color standards to suppliers based on research and expertise to promote customer satisfaction.
∎ Create customer lab dip cards on ZXY swatch card or customer lab dip format and send it to customers.
∎ Fill up and categorize TR-1 and store the files accordingly on a daily basis.
∎ Update daily test report and upload them on MIS.
∎ Generate each and every customer's comprehensive test report and file them for future analysis.
∎ Keep record of all approved & failed batches for future analysis.
∎ Check and review bulk lots assigned to testing technologist as per MIS.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience in relevant field within factory or any reputed 3rd party laboratory
∎ Having prior experience with USA & UK high-end brands lap dip to bulk batches color assessments and approval based on their parameters will get preference
∎ Must be knowledgeable of yarn quality, count construction and composition; dyes, chemical and their uses, wash program
∎ Must have extensive experience in providing solution for color related issues with suppliers, seamless supplier and customer interface for speedy and accurate approvals
∎ Should have practical experience and expertise in assessing lab dip, bulk fabric lots based on customer and international parameters and provide approvals.
∎ Should be adept in lab dip & bulk lot assessment, trouble shooting
∎ Root cause analysis and corrective action against rejected lab dip & bulk
∎ Must have knowledge of risk assessment on color related in different fabrics and garments
∎ Must have satisfactory result of Munsell Hue test
∎ Must have knowledge of yarn & fabric analysis (fabric specifications)
∎ Capacity of operating Spectrophotometer / X-Rite software program and its assessments
∎ Enough knowledge of ISO, AATCC, BS, EU etc. color and tests methods and parameters.
∎ Ability to understand customer testing manual, tech pack, care label instructions to define and process suitable testing procedures.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines
