Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree. Degree in Nutrition/Health Science/Nursing/Child Development will be preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure maximum coverage and quality of active case finding for acute malnutrition in the camp
∎ Make sure that screening of all the under 5 children and PLW, detection of acutely malnourished cases and referral mechanism for acute malnutrition cases to the respective centers has been established at community level with maximum coverage and quality.
∎ Supervise and ensure quality of MUAC measurement and edema detection of under 5 children at community level through the CNVs.
∎ Follow up of identified malnourished cases referred to treatment from community screening/growth monitoring/survey
∎ To supervise and ensure rapid assessments of all the PLW at community level and effective referral in the nutrition centers.
∎ Ensure the community mobilization and awareness raising:
∎ Organize community group discussion, sessions or sensitization meetings with the community gatekeepers and make sure that World Vision programs and activities are well known to the people
∎ Organize and conduct health and nutrition education sessions, awareness campaign at community level
∎ Organize cooking demonstration at block level and make sure importance of balance diet, complementary and supplementary feeding is explained to the beneficiaries and community people.
∎ Ensure home visiting and follow up of vulnerable beneficiaries such as absenteeism, defaulter, non-responder, refusal, relapse at HH level, weight loss and static weight cases etc.
∎ Ensure the mother-to-mother support groups and adolescent groups are established and functional at community level in the camp
∎ Establishment of MtMSG and adolescent groups composed of PLW and adolescent girls respectively at community level
∎ Organize training sessions for the MtMSG and adolescent groups.
∎ Follow up and supervise the activities of MtMSG and adolescent groups at community level.
∎ Follow up and supervise that the bilateral referral and follow up mechanism is in place between the groups at community level and IYCF corners at nutrition center level.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year experience in the field of management of Acute Malnutrition (BSFP/TSFP, OTP , CMAM, care practices)
∎ 1 years experiences in community mobilization/health education/awareness raising activity/
∎ Experience in capacity building of local staff
∎ Good proficiency in local language and knowledge on local culture
∎ Organization skill are necessary
∎ Basic knowledge on computer operation and spoken English.
