Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a "Future Sales Leader" he must have willingness to post and travel anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Must have the sound knowledge and skills to handle distribution channels like retail, wholesale, counter store, tea bunks, tobacco plus, super shops and others where consumer food products available.
∎ He has to achieve or exceed both qualitative and quantitative goals for his assigned territories.
∎ Willingness to explore new business opportunity and platform to exceed the assigned qualitative and quantitative goals for his/her territory.
∎ Lead, train & care one or more team of SO (Sales Officer) for unleashing and utilizing their potentiality to achieve monthly sales volume.
∎ Create a healthy competitive winning environment among the sales officer in the distribution area thus they can achieve their individual goal for each month.
∎ Must have been courageous enough to take challenges and solve problem instantly by his/her own decision in absence of reporting manager.
∎ Create and maintain a professional win win relationship with distributor and major stockiest or wholesale.
∎ Ability to accept and learn from the errors and develop his/her development area by the help of his/her supervisor.
∎ Must be self-motivated and have to work under tremendous pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Fresher candidates with good academics are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Candidates with 1-2 years relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
∎ Experienced applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ FMCG (Food) Sales
∎ Essential Requirement:
∎ Candidates have to bring their own laptop during the training period
∎ Candidates have to be excellent in using MS office specially MS Excel
∎ Must be good in speaking and writing in English
