Job Responsibilities:
∎ Offline lead generation will be coordinated through the coordinators, thus day-to-day operational vigilance ensured
∎ Supply side of lead generators and equilibrium for target number will be ensured as the monthly target will fall upon the coordinators.
∎ Coordinators will recruit, train and deploy lead generators from different sources (ideally through rider recruiters) and achieve monthly target of leads
∎ SOP to be developed for each coordinator and cluster lead generator
Additional Requirements:
