Job Context:
∎ The organization is implementing the project " Emergency response for Availability and Accessibility of Quality MR, PAC Services for Rohingya Refugees supported by UNFPA. On an emergency basis, a Clinical Trainer & Mentor (Doctor) will be recruited for the smooth implementation of the project. As an emergency response, the duration of the project is Jan`23 to Dec`23 with a high possibility of extension.
∎ Joining Date: 01st October`2023
∎ Work Station: Cox`s Bazar

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support training coordinator to design the yearly Training plan.
∎ Design, coordinate training programs, and develop training.
∎ Conduct theoretical and clinical practice sessions.
∎ Support and coordinate with the training coordinator for implementing Training, Skill update, orientation, workshops, and other activities of the project.
∎ Support and training/event report development.
∎ Keep liaison with government systems for better management.
∎ Prepare presentation for training and training report in consultation with project manager and follow the national guideline & donor's standard for training conduction.
∎ Provide family planning, MR, and PAC service as per the quality standard of the project.
∎ Support FP, MR, and PAC Services at Clinics and Hospitals to institutionalize standard practice.
∎ Provide need-based follow -up and on-site mentoring of the trainees.
∎ Support Financial and Administration issues.
∎ Any other project-related activities that might be assigned by the management as when be needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 90000 - 95000 (Monthly)
