Job Context:
∎ Name of the Position: Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator under the project "STI and HIV Prevention Service Package for Brothel Based Sex Workers and their Clients" (SP-01)
∎ Duration: Up to May 2022
∎ Work station: Dhaka, adequate filed visit to project sides
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development of work plan to visit DICs
∎ Responsible for Quality Assurance (QC) of STI treatment and management of other services provided in the DICs
∎ Planning and conducting training for partners on Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Quality improvement
∎ Provide technical support to DIC Managers and Medical Assistant cum Counselors to ensure quality of STD management, health check-up, Counseling and BCC activities at DIC/field level and referral services including HTCs
∎ Development and ensuring the use of checklist for maintaining quality of service to be provided at the DICs
∎ Support DIC Managers to establish link with local health service facilities
∎ Ensure use of protocol for STI management, health-check-up, treatment, referral, counseling, BCC activities, drug use
∎ Provide training to Medical Assistant cum Counselors and Outreach Supervisors for ensuring quality services at the DICs
∎ Monitoring visit to the DICs
∎ Ensure proper recordings of health-check-up, treatment, referral, counseling, BCC activities, drug use and follow-up, quality of medicine etc.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports regarding quality of the services provided at the DICs
