∎ At least a Master’s degree in social science/ Journalism/Mass Communication or any other relevant discipline.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 12 years’ work experience in development projects including 5 years’ experience as a team leader.At least 5 years work experience in social marketing/ communication campaign of large programs/projects;Sound knowledge on socio-economic, gender, social safeguard, social inclusion and mainstreaming in the context of Bangladesh ;Strong analytical and report writing skills;Excellent computer skills;Experience in competency-based skills training activities will be an added advantage.
