Job Context:
∎ Job Title : Clinic Manager
∎ Responsible to: Country Office, Dhaka
∎ Job Location : Ukhiya, Cox`s Bazar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the clinic, providing excellent patient care, and managing all aspects of clinic operations.
∎ Strong knowledge on field Supervision and Monitoring.
∎ Supervise the clinic staff, such as nurses, medical assistants, and administrative personnel.
∎ Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
∎ Ensure the clinic operates in compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
∎ Maintain timekeeping and personnel records and meeting resolution.
∎ Monitoring and maintain the quality of healthcare services provided, implement the improvement initiatives when necessary.
∎ Prepare monthly and other reports for donors & local administrations.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinic documentation.
∎ Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and organizations to ensure seamless patient care and collaboration on healthcare initiatives.
∎ Conduct performance evaluations for staff and implement training and development programs.
∎ Ensure all financial invoices, records and receipts are properly preserved both in hard and soft copies
∎ Ready to perform any job given by the organization at any time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 years of working experience in development sectors.
∎ Flexibility in working hours because of the emergency relief nature of GO's activities
∎ Ability to team building and can perform well under pressure.
∎ Proven track-record of work in the community people especially with marginalized groups particularly women.
∎ Ability to coordinate with project partners, counterparts and other stakeholders.
∎ Strong knowledge of humanitarian action and will to take part in GO's actions
∎ Should have good knowledge of operating different computer software.
∎ Should be able to communicate with different clients and vendors as per needed.
∎ Should have excellent fluency in English.
∎ Should be able to work in any environment.
∎ The employee shall respect GO's Internal Regulations and Terms and Conditions of Engagement
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
