∎ Qualified Paramedic /FWV /Nurse /Medical Assistant from any recognized institution. The minimum duration of the academic course should be 24 months or above. A diploma in nursing degree will get preference. Working experience in FP and Health-related programs will be preferred.• Skills Required: Hospitals and clinics

Job Context:
∎ A group of experts has developed a detailed implementation design and operational plan of the Model Urban Clinic for Primary Health Care to Serve Urban Population.
∎ Based on the developed model, Partners in Health and Development - PHD (along with two implementing partners; CMED and NARI MAITREE) has been assigned by UNICEF as the lead organization to implement a competitive and sustainable system to manage GP centers focused on performance-based payment (P4P) system to empanelled health workers and the clinics have a level of autonomy to ensure efficient use of resources while providing quality Primary Health Care. The Aalo clinics are now the part of the health system and essential commodities, such as medicines, vaccines, FP commodities, micronutrients, will be sourced from the Ministry of Health and family Welfare.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct App-based client registration with history, keep service records of all care provided, and maintain documentation through integrated digital health platform (IDHP). Necessary training will be provided in this regard.
∎ Provide ESP services according to national standards and protocol
∎ Assist General Physician (GP) and Consultant in clinical procedure
∎ Prepare patients for clinical examination services
∎ Provide immunization services
∎ Provide nutrition services
∎ Conduct counselling for Maternal Care, Child Care, Nutrition, NCD and preventive care services.
∎ Refer referable patients to GP for examination/treatment, or make a direct external referral in emergencies (in absence of GP)
∎ Take health education sessions with the beneficiaries both at static and satellite clinics
∎ Provide hands-on training to the Volunteers, Aya etc
∎ Maintain stock of medicines and contraceptives of the sub-store (if there is any)
∎ Carry out other related duties as and when assigned by the Clinic In Charge (CIC)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 16000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary includes all benefits and Tax will be deduct at source
