Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and market trends to offer tailored advertising solutions.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.

New Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the agency's client portfolio.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive pitches and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and onboard new clients.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members within the client service team.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to maximize team productivity and morale.
  • Offer training and professional development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and capabilities.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing.
  • Share relevant insights with clients and internal teams to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Ensure Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that all advertising materials and campaigns comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of creative execution and accuracy.

Client Advocacy:

  • Advocate for clients' needs and priorities within the agency, ensuring their interests are represented and addressed.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and proactive support to help them achieve their business objectives.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate internal teams, including creative, media, and production departments, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients to develop advertising strategies aligned with their objectives and target audience.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients on effective advertising approaches and campaign optimizations.

Budgeting and Financial Management:

  • Develop advertising budgets in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements without compromising quality.

Campaign Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze advertising campaign performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Generate comprehensive reports for clients, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations
