Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
Understand client needs and ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns
Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams to deliver quality work
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
Handle clients’ messages and queries across social media platforms in a professional and timely manner
