Job Responsibilities

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide professional support.

Conduct client follow-up through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.

Assist potential clients with property-related information and inquiries.

Coordinate meetings, site visits, and client appointments.

Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain and update client databases and records.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly client activity reports.

Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to achieve company goals.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Graduates from Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields will get preference.

Experience Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Client Relationship, Customer Service, Sales, or Real Estate sector.

Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of Bangla and English.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
