Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 year of experience in Client relationship field.
Strongly problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English with strong interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and professional email correspondence.
Responsibilities & Context:
· Maintain regular communication with clients regarding their requests, updates, and progress tracking.
· Follow up on client requirements and ensure timely delivery of services or solutions.
· Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently.
· Prepare and share status reports, updates, and tracking documents with clients.
· Address client queries promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
· Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
· Support the Account Manager/Relationship Manager in achieving client service goals.
· Ensure client satisfaction and contribute to client retention.
