Job Context:
∎ Urgent opening for dynamic sales executives for a renowned MNC in the healthcare segment
∎ A Client Relations Executive is expected to generate leads, give presentations to prospective clients, and complete the enrolment formalities. They are also expected to coordinate with the respective departments to ensure that enrolment documents, samples and payment instrument are collected within the TAT.
∎ Department : Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
∎ To counsel expectant parents in person or telephonically and schedule presentations.
∎ To meet expectant parents at their desired place and provide presentations.
∎ To enroll clients, complete the documentations formalities and collect payments.
∎ To coordinate for the logistics support upon intimation of the date, time & place of delivery by the client.
∎ To ensure customer satisfaction through excellent after sales service and prompt query handling.
∎ To generate referrals from existing clientele.
∎ To ensure that the enrolment formalities are completed within assigned TAT
∎ To ensure that sample collection and payment instruments are collected and submitted within TAT.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have working knowledge of MS Office
∎ Minimum years of experience required - 1 to 3 years
∎ Experience working in healthcare industry and/or field sales is a plus
∎ Should be open to extensive field work and flexible work timings
∎ Pleasant personality, good communication and comprehension skills
∎ Ability to learn and contribute with minimal oversight and training - a self-starter
∎ Should have excellent presentation skills
∎ Good client interaction and convincing ability
∎ Ability to think in abstract and quickly grasp the essence of the job at hand
∎ Should be able to meet deadlines and monthly targets
∎ Should be hard working, dynamic - go getter
∎ Should own a two-wheeler, with a valid license, and should be willing to use it for official purpose. May need to visit outside Bangladesh for official training and conference.
