Job Context:
∎ Excellent opportunity for business development executives for a renowned MNC in the healthcare segment.

∎ Reports To : Area Manager /AM-BDE

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To meet doctors and authorized/administrative personnel of healthcare centers in order to generate leads, facilitate corporate tie ups and obtain permission to place promotional materials in the premises.
∎ Meeting front office personnel of hospitals, nursing homes & attendants of doctors & build good relations so that we can collect details of expectant mothers.
∎ To generate business for the diagnosis segment from the doctors of the assigned territory.
∎ Refilling the drop boxes & flier stands with fliers.
∎ Counselling at doctor chambers & hospitals to generate leads.
∎ Reporting daily activities & leads generations through C.R.M on daily basis
∎ Assigning the leads as per company instructions to respective C.R.E.'s.
∎ Providing information on competition & other relevant data as asked for.
∎ To execute different promotional activities like arranging Antenatal Classes (ANCs).
∎ To maintain and strengthen relations with key stake holders - doctors, hospital authorities, nursing home officials.
∎ To generate business for the diagnosis segment from the doctors of the assigned territory.
∎ To adhere to company policies and procedures which are currently in effect or adopted from time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have working knowledge of MS Office
∎ Minimum years of experience required - 1 to 3 years of experience in doctor meeting profile preferably in the Gynecologist segment.
∎ Should be open to extensive field work and flexible work timings
∎ Pleasant personality, good communication and comprehension skills
∎ Ability to learn and contribute with minimal oversight and training - a self-starter
∎ Should have excellent presentation skills
∎ Good client interaction and convincing ability
∎ Ability to think in abstract and quickly grasp the essence of the job at hand
∎ Should be able to meet deadlines and monthly targets
∎ Should be hard working, dynamic - go getter
∎ Should own a two-wheeler, with a valid license, and should be willing to use it for official purpose. May need to visit outside Bangladesh for official training and conference.
