Responsibilities & Context:

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Foster positive relationships with clients as their primary point of contact
  2. Keep continuous communication with Clients
  3. Demonstration of the system to clients
  4. Assess, understand and translate clients’ requirements / pain points in proper documented format
  5. Assist customers using our software throughout projects and help to implement company’s services
  6. Making clients / clients’ contact points on board on behalf of company
  7. Address clients’ requirements / pain points to developer team through line manager in proper documented and traceable format
  8. Ensure quality of system deliverables
  9. Conduct training of the system for the clients
  10. Assist in organizing and managing company’s different events with the customers
  11. Assist in bill collection
  12. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  13. Any other responsibilities / tasks assigned by the line manager / authority
