∎ Resolve client issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
∎ Utilize CRM and internal software systems to access client information and update records.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and concerns.
∎ Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
∎ Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address client questions and give them a proper solution.
∎ Ability to problem solve effectively and efficiently and learn new applications
