∎ Practicing experience mainly related to documentation, opinion, Artharin, N I Act, Corporate affairs.
∎ Must have working experience in any Corporate Law Chamber.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge of computer skills.
∎ Have to be familiar with Dhaka District Court(s), Dhaka Magistrate Court(s).
∎ Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
∎ Able to work in a team.
∎ Applicants have to possess a positive work attitude, integrity, good manners/courtesy, and good interpersonal skills.
∎ Applicants must be able to work under pressure.
