Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science, Development Studies or any other relevant discipline from Public/National university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing support for achieving annual objectives and targets for the Taltoli Upazila.
∎ Supervise program implementation in community level for achieving results.
∎ Supervises and provides supports to the project team for developing their plans and rolling them out.
∎ Ensures compliance with the Gender and Safeguarding policies in implementing the project; works as the Child Protection Focal point for keeping children safe during project implementation.
∎ Providing support to all team members and develops their capacity.
∎ Reports to the Upazila Coordinator.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Experience: 3 years In the similar discipline (Working with local Government and Civil Society)
∎ Willing to drive motor cycle with valid driving license.
∎ Prior experience & Barisal Division is preferred.
∎ Requirements will be flexible for the promising & smart applicants.

Salary: Tk. 29538 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Annual increment, Festival bonus as per RDF HR Policy/Donor Policy
