• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer

• Workplace: Work at the Factory location

• Capable of understanding the elevation/section of structural/architectural parts.
• Candidate must know about the Construction of multi-storied buildings with interior and exterior work.
• Managed and Supervision of construction works of multi-storied buildings.
• To lead and manage all activities related to construction work.
• To oversee and handle construction projects, such as Project costing, Material Management, Planning & Progress monitoring, Subcontractor dealing, Overall supervision, Liaison, and Preparing bills.
• Should have Government authority bill preparation capability.
• Should have the capacity to run projects independently.
• Lead the team of Engineers, Supervisors & Technically Supporting Staff independently who are subordinate.
• To check the workmanship at every stage of work following the checklist and quality guidelines and ensure the right quality of work.
• To study the drawings and design construction process and prepare the construction schedule and daily activity plan.
• Control of material wastage and misuse and control material consumption.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality and safety of construction.
• Monitoring and supervising day-to-day construction work at the project.
• Regularly communicate with management regarding work progress.
• Ensure the project is being delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Submit project progress reports daily, weekly, and monthly using MS Project/Excel.
• Estimate materials as per the requisition under the project budget as well as guidelines and policies.
• To comply with the safety guidelines and monitor site safety and the safety of workers.
• Regular follow-up with clients.
• Any other task assigned by top management.
