Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all Civil Engineering works and construction works of the factory.
∎ Make the work schedule based on required workload to achieve targets within time frame.
∎ Prepare material and cost estimation
∎ Maintain records of work done by contractors.
∎ Scrutinize bills submitted by contractors.
∎ Ensure high standard of quality of works.
∎ Plan schedule of works
∎ Ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
∎ Ensure construction of works as per BNBC.
∎ Checking Structural & Architectural drawing submitted by consultant
∎ Prepare shop drawing construction work
∎ Supporting the factory building safety audit team (ACCORD/Alliance/Any third party), Load Marking
∎ Monitoring the structural design report (Drawing, Design report, all test report) and update as per requirement
∎ Provide support to project engineers to overcome construction difficulties
∎ Checking materials and work in progress with the specified requirements
∎ Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor and providing construction related RAW materials requisition to supply chain through proper channel
∎ Bill checking, estimation & wastage control
∎ Brief Knowledge on all types of finishing works
∎ Ensuring technical documentation and procedural documentation are kept up to date
∎ Prepare CAPAX for any structural related work
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in CAD, Staad Pro, Microsoft project, Excel and Power point will be considered as extra qualifications.
∎ Knowledge in LEED management and Cutting Edge steel structure will be given preference
