Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Nursing or Midwifery, and Community Paramedic from recognize Nursing & midwifery institutions.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To facilitate wholistic development of mothers/children registered in the project by functioning with the project staff.
∎ To study, identify and document the needs and neglect of mothers/children registered in the project, by establishing appropriate working relationship with parents and other support groups working in the operational area of the
∎ project.
∎ To regularly visit the homes of mothers/children, schools and hospitals and understand the needs/realitles of the environment in which the mothers/children live and provide appropriate advice and counsel to the parants, and project staff.
∎ To plan appropriate intervention strategies specific to the individual needs of mothers/children registered in the project and to make available such plans to the Project Manager.
∎ To assist parents with appropriate information that may help in Improving the quality of care given to the mother/child.
∎ To identify child rearing practices and skills of parents and arrange appropriate training that will enhance the quality of care and enable wholistic development of the mother/child.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 1 years experience on relevant job.
∎ Willing to work with pregnant mothers,children & with their families.
∎ Should have reporting skills with average knowledge on english and Bengali.
∎ Competent in using MS Office.
∎ Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Have significant experience and interest in working with children, family and community.
∎ Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in the local language and the language used by mothers/children in the project.
∎ Should preferably be a trained nurse.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
