Job Context:
∎ Project Name: Accelerating Action to End Child Marriage in Bangladesh (AAECM)
∎ Duty station/Job Location: Jamalpur Field Office
∎ Job Duration: Up to 31st December 2023

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly responsible to Project Coordinator, Accelerating Action to End Child Marriage in Bangladesh, CWFD.
∎ She /he will be representing the project in the district level with Government office especially Department of Women Affairs (DWA) and UNFPA at district level.
∎ Child Marriage Coordinator is accountable for the successful delivery of the goal and outcomes of the project and will regularly report progress in achieving them at District level.
∎ S/he will also be responsible for managing the field level implementation of the project.
∎ Conduct regular meeting with team and follow up at field level activities.
∎ Manage District team and build their capacity
∎ Lead technical and support team members in project implementation
∎ Performs other duties as may be assigned by the WVB
∎ Planning, motoring & budgeting as per project design
∎ Project Implementation: Accomplish the project activities as per design
∎ Reporting and Documentation
∎ Ensured reporting and documentation
∎ Field visit

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s) of project management, coordinating and supervision activities
∎ Community mobilization skill be treated as special quality

Salary: Tk. 33600 (Monthly)
