Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science & Engineering/Software Engineering / Electrical and Electronic Engineering or any relevant subject from any reputed university from home or abroad.
∎ An MBA from any reputed university will add additional mileages.

∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and support the product since its inception, almost always closely connected with the Product Team. He will have the final word when selecting the technology, developing a software product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
∎ Track the product performance, monitor product management metrics, correct the tech strategy if needed and make decisions about the product's future.
∎ Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
∎ As the most mature developer, he will be able to review the source code, work on its improvement, writing scripts for testing and guide the team for similar tasks.
∎ Oversee software health checks and take decision on improvement strategies.
∎ Assess the timeframes for the development team and is responsible for Schedule and perform the release following the product roadmap.
∎ He will help with onboarding new engineers, such as writing training programs for them, having occasional interpersonal talks to them, or simply help them cope with engineering challenges.
∎ In addition to regular sync ups with the development team, CTO will also have to guarantee that the team keeps in line with the code standards and development protocol. As the development supervisor, he will be executing code reviews as well.
∎ To execute or at least assess the tech talent acquisition. His ability to recruit best talents is critical for capacity building.
∎ In addition to selecting the infrastructure, technology stack and languages for product development, the CTO will be responsible to decide on testing options, IDEs, database solutions, AI, BI, Data Analysis tools etc.
∎ As the main system architect, CTO will prioritize the product features to other C-level executives so that they realize further pathways and steps that must be taken for product development.
∎ To implement the coding standards and introduce the development protocols to ensure that the source technology strategy will stay safe.
∎ CTO will be making decisions about product improvements.
∎ To represent the company in narrowly-selected tech associations and technology-related conferences to show presence on the market and promote the company's tech achievements.
∎ To scale the technology within the company. CTO will observe the market for related technology solutions, learn if they suit the company's tech strategy and set the acquisition goals.
∎ To foresee tech trends. It is important for CTOs to predict technology's application for business. This may include long-term tech trends or the impact of the technology element on a company's roadmap.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be aware of both emerging and existing tools and technologies in ICT, including development, testing and production infrastructure, databases, programming languages and frameworks.
∎ At least 10 years of experience making important architecture and design decisions on software projects, such as the application of architecture design patterns or significant open-source technologies.
∎ Experience in software development, modeling (UML) and coding in various languages (C# or Java, PHP, Python, Nodejs, Android SDK, iOS SDK, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript), and database (MySQL, Oracle or PostgreSQL) and corresponding frameworks is required.
∎ Must have experience in developing applications with containerized environments and Micro-service architecture
∎ Must have hands-on experience of managing ICT infrastructure in the cloud and on-premise. Hands-on skill of container like Kubernetes, Docker, Load Balancing and High-Availability tools, IT Security, Information Security, Cyber Security strategy and Tools is required.
∎ Should have clear understanding about the business model and technologies for the social media, OTT Platforms, Content Business, Social Sentiments, Data Analysis, Digital Marketing, Monitoring and Monetizing Tools and Techniques.
∎ Knowledge and skill of open-source Big Data and data analysis tools, Open-UI5 will add extra points.
∎ Must have at least 12- 20 years relevant IT experience.
