∎ Conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
∎ Monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition
∎ Providing strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market intelligence
∎ Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, including potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships
∎ Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization
∎ Developing strategies to enter new markets and expand the company's product or service offerings
∎ Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives
∎ Monitoring and report on the progress of strategic projects and initiatives
